BFDI International Training Institute (BITI) was born to fulfill the 1978 vision of Black Family Development, Inc. (BFDI) to be a premiere training institute with national recognition. BITI was launched in 2018 to be a self-sufficient premier provider of comprehensive professional development services to youth, families, and organizations - the pacesetter for quality, innovative practices that make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Beyond professional development trainings, BITI is laser-focused on transforming environments through targeting youth development, restorative communities, restorative justice and peaceful workplaces.
As a premiere provider of Basic Restorative Practices, BITI continues to work within the arenas of education, justice, corporations, and more to make a lasting difference.
